The Brief

The founder behind this brand spent decades as President of a leading OEM manufacturing firm that designed and produced cases for major computer companies. She knew hardware. She knew women. And she saw a gap in the market nobody was filling well: stylish, functional laptop bags made for women, not just shrunken-down versions of men's products.

What started as a passion project became a real business fast. She hired Social Proof'd to take her vision from concept to full e-commerce operation: brand presence, digital infrastructure, content engine, and all.

Scope of Work

  • Shopify Website Designed and built the full e-commerce storefront, including product listings, collection architecture, and brand storytelling pages.
  • Klaviyo Email Marketing Built automated flows from the ground up: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and promotional campaigns to a growing subscriber list.

  • Blog Strategy & Copywriting Developed and wrote editorial content positioning the brand as a lifestyle authority for professional women: travel guides, styling features, product spotlights, and trend pieces.
  • Video Direction & Product Photography Directed video shoots and product photography sessions to support new SKU launches and create scroll-stopping visual content across platforms.
  • Walmart Marketplace Launch Supported the strategy and execution of the brand's entry onto Walmart Marketplace, opening a major new wholesale and retail sales channel.
  • New SKU Launches Managed the go-to-market strategy for four new product lines: the Roller collection, the Stryker collection, and new colorways across the Crossbody styles.
